Liverpool have put the first-half disappointment behind them and they have taken the lead after going all-out attack from the start in the second half.
While there were question marks over the decision to award the goal, Liverpool’s relentless pressure seems to have done the trick for them.
Alexis Mac Allister went for the screamer but he caught Burnley midfielder Aaron Ramsey as he tried to hit the ball. The miss-kick sent the ball towards Harvey Elliott who found Luis Diaz will a low cross.
The Colombian international did well to head home and put Liverpool back in the lead. VAR was called into action but the goal stood despite a check for a foul as well as offside.
